We're having friends and family over for Christmas eve, and i'm looking for a fun and easy-going bartender from 5-9pm, who can make delicious cocktails (think negronis, chilli margaritas, espresso martinis, whiskey/gin sour) and double up with helping me heat/serve food along the way. It's a casual event, expecting about 30 adults.

Hosting a party for 30 people. Seeking an individual to help me with cleaning the kitchen, clearing the tables, washing dishes, organising food into the fridge/into take away containers for my guests, preparing the dessert table. Ensuring the kitchen is kept organised and clean whilst also keeping an eye on the living area and toilet to make sure everything is okay/clean. Police check is essential and working with children check is a bonus. Paid per hour. Minimum 2 hours work.

I am after 2 X hospitality attendants to assist with food /drinks (1 X drinks server, 1 X food attendant) at a 30th birthday house party in Oakleigh, Victoria on Saturday, 14 January 2023. Time will be arrival around 6:30-6:45pm (for a 7pm party start time) until roughly 10-11pm (with the option to potentially stay until midnight if it is still busy for extra $). For drinks server: I have an outdoor bar set up which will be stocked with wine, sparkling and bottled beers for service. When the bar area is quiet, I would like the drinks server to circulate the party to top up wine / sparkling glasses. I will also have 2 X cocktail drinks dispensers prepared, and if they run low, I would like the drinks server to assist with topping these up (I will provide the ingredient list with what is to go in them). For food server: I have a kitchen area which will be stocked with canapes/food in the fridge/freezer, which are to be heated in the oven and plated. Food to then be circulated 1-2 times once ready, and then set down on the dining table for guests to help themselves. I would also like the food attendant to assist with keeping the dining table area clean (removing used glasses/rubbish) throughout the night, and running the dishwasher if needed. I suspect it will be a fairly straightforward job (with guests able to help themselves from eskies for drinks etc), no individual cocktails on the menu (other than the large cocktail dispensers which may need to be topped up). However, would like the attendants to have hospitality experience and be able to assist with keeping things clean (removing empty, used glasses from tables etc and putting them in the dishwasher so they can be used again).
