I’m hosting an informal cocktail party in Rowville on Saturday the 5th of April for approximately 15 guests. I need someone between 7:15pm and 11:45pm (4.5 hours) to help mix and serve cocktails, collect and wash glasses, and heat and serve food. Everything is provided, including glassware, alcohol, recipes, blenders, shakers, measures, ingredients, garnishes and food. The recipe list contains 30 cocktails and shots, examples are: Toblerone, Strawberry Daiquiri, Midori Illusion, Mojito and Cowboy. There will be an area set aside in the butler’s pantry to mix and blend cocktails. The cocktail recipes are pinned onto the wall in the butler's pantry.
