Looking to hire x1 waiter for a 30th party I’m hosting at home. TLDR; serve drinks, keep an eye on food service, tidy as we go! Drinks: Nothing fancy, just helping to serve beer and wine to guests as needed throughout the night - happy to discuss additional cost to serve Aperol Spritz's + G&Ts throughout (or equivalent non-shaken drinks). No roving service needed, we have a large kitchen island that can be set up as the bar. Some friends will likely even serve themselves. Food: There will be a family style/sharing table set up, mainly just ensuring it stays tidy and topped up. The event & host: I'm expecting around 40-50 guests throughout the course of the night, from 7pm onwards, with the bulk of people likely clearing out by 11/12. Likely a cake and some kind of self-deprecating speech around 9ish. My background is in PR and Events so everything will be well organised and clearly set out. I'm relaxed, as are my lovely friends and family, just looking for someone to help take the weight off my shoulders so I can enjoy the night and be present. I live in North Richmond very close to public transport, and secure parking can be provided.

Arrive at 6.50pm, wearing black trousers/black/white shirt, assist me to set up the party room with tables, chairs and decorations, audio-visual equipment etc. Greet guests. Prepare hot food (cooking frozen pies and pasties etc). Replenish food supplies throughout the night. Assist in packing away food, drinks, decorations and etc from 11.30pm. You will work with another Air Tasker.

Experience in hospitality is necessary along with proof of valid VIC RSA. The timings are 2:45pm - 6:30pm.
