Making/serving one cocktail and drinks for am event for 40 ppl 5:30pm to 8:30pm

I am looking for 2 wait staff for a private Melbourne Cup lunch. Tuesday 5th November Rosebery 11.30am - 3.30pm Duties include but are not limited to....Help to prepare and serve food (most of the cooking will be done by my husband) and beverage, clear and wash plates and glasses. Keep the kitchen tidy.

Bartender at restaurant in Rosebery for Friday night (27/9/24) and Saturday night (28/9/24) 5pm to 9pm. Required to make cocktails as well as regular beer, wine and spirits. Preferable barista experience but not required. $125 total (not hourly rate) - negotiable within reason.

We are looking for an experienced server to assist with a 40th birthday party at our house. Party starts at 6pm with about 40 guests attending for drinks & nibbles. We would like help with: - Serving drinks to guests (wine, beer & water only) - Clearing away empty glasses and cleaning them for re-use - Helping to lay out (pre-prepared) food for guests to help themselves - Replenish food platters & then clearing table for desert & cake to be laid out. - Generally keeping the area tidy and helping the evening run smoothly. 4hr booking, 5.30pm til 9.30pm

I am looking for a couple of people to assist at our opening night of new business. Duties will include but not limited to -help with set up, run errands if needed, serve drinks, ensure guests are happy and the area is clean (picking up dirty plates, glasses etc during the event) clean up afterwards. As mentioned could be other things to do associated with event - start time will be between 4-5pm (will confirm) till about 9/10pm. $30 per hour but will put price for 5 hrs but could be slightly more - of course will pay for the time you are at the event. Please if for any reason you have a low completion rate feel free to explain as this is important that I don’t have any last minute drop out that is $150 per person. Will be for around 70 adults Ideally catered on site - note there are limited facilities - gas BBQ / sink / bar fridges only available - there is access to power.
