We are hosting our joint 50th birthday party at home on Nov 9th which will have 90 odd people attend. We love to have the one extra person here in the night to help make sure my wife and I can relax and just have a great night. The tasks (gaps) we have at the moment are. 1) heat a smallish amount of food to get into plates and out. (Rest of food will be on a large grazing table). 2)Help keep the party clean as it goes on( there will be bar staff doing drinks and glasses) 3) keep and eye on our bathrooms and clean as necessary as the night goes on. Help coordinate our little server helpers while they’re here ( my 11 yr old daughter and 3 other young girls from across the road). Probably help with cake time as well. That’s pretty much it.
