We are looking for an engaging and experienced Elsa entertainer for my daughter’s 4th birthday party on 22 March from 2pm - 4pm. There will be about 10 kids in attendance, and looking for an entertainer for about 1.5hrs.

We require 2 wait staff for a birthday party. Duties starts with table setting and drinks prep. As guest arrive and throughout the party, check and serve drinks as necessary. As lunch time approaches, setup food on buffet and serve as necessary. After lunch, collect and prepare to re-serve plates and cutlery for cake and deserts. Coffee or tea and then clean up. Party time 11am - 2pm. Wait staff is expected to commence at 9:30am prior and stay until clean up is complete. Run video camera at wedding reception event over 3.5h. Transfer data and files to us afterwards. Medium sized event, 57 guests. Bridal party is scheduled to arrive at 11:45am, be set up and ready to go from then and capture general footage and main events till 3pm. So on the job and running a dedicated event video camera from 11:30am to 3pm. We are hosting our joint 50th birthday party at home on Nov 9th which will have 90 odd people attend. We love to have the one extra person here in the night to help make sure my wife and I can relax and just have a great night. The tasks (gaps) we have at the moment are. 1) heat a smallish amount of food to get into plates and out. (Rest of food will be on a large grazing table). 2)Help keep the party clean as it goes on( there will be bar staff doing drinks and glasses) 3) keep and eye on our bathrooms and clean as necessary as the night goes on. Help coordinate our little server helpers while they’re here ( my 11 yr old daughter and 3 other young girls from across the road). Probably help with cake time as well. That’s pretty much it.
