The opening night reception is on Wednesday Jan 8 from 5 PM to 7 PM. I would like a person in their 20s or 30s, man or woman, elegantly dressed and glamorous. I would like the Airtasker to organise the wine glasses, keep the champagne cold in the fridge, and clean up after the party. Possibly wash glasses by hand, but probably use plastic champagne glasses instead. I image the hours would be 4PM to 8 PM, to include preparation, serving and clean up afterwards. I’ll be too busy as the artist to deal with the champagne. I’ll pay $30 an hour ($120).

Preferably, I can leave you to brown onions on the stove top. The rest of the cooking will be done by me outside in the garden at the barbecue. Besides me doing the cooking in the garden, two people will be in the garden with me and coming in and out of the kitchen, one of whom is responsible for wine and the other responsible for dessert, which is two birthday cakes.
