Full commercial kitchen with 4 ovens. Around 80-90 guests. Budget is $400 for 2 people from 6-10pm ($200 each) All food will be provided, cold foods will be out on tables for guests to help themselves, we just need help with the hot food (heating up and serving to guests).

Foods (indian food, e.g. rice, chicken, curry etc.) will be provided in large pots. So you will have to transfer the food from the big pots to the serving dishes and refill those, when required. No waitressing is required. After dinner, you will have to put the left-overs in provided boxes. You will have to clean the big pots and serving dishes [cleaning equipment will be provided]. You will help in overall after party cleaning. My friends will help during this, but you might have to vacuum and mop the centre. All cleaning equipment will be provided. You will have to arrange your transport to and from the venue. If you don’t have any issue, you can have dinner with us. It would be better if you are comfortable in Bengali or Hindi, besides English. Budget is mentioned for first hour/ per hour basis. While responding, please mention per hour fee.
