To make four max. different cocktails for a 1 hour service period with bump-in, set-up and bump out either side of that. We will provide alcohol and mixers for 100 people approx. This is for Thursday October 31, 2024 with cocktails ready to serve from 4pm. Bump in TBD. We do have a presentation from 3.30pm to 4pm so we can't have any noise during this half-hour.

We will have a company event on 15th Oct (Tuesday) which starts at 5pm till 8pm. The guests are around 35 people. We want to hire a cocktail maker to make drinks for our guests.
