Heya, I am needing someone who can be at the venue I have booked for 11:30am. The catering will be delivered at 12:30pm and I need you to let them in and ensure the food is set up on the food tables. The guests and I will arrive back to the venue between 1 - 1:30pm. So technically all you have to do is let the catering team in and wait for me to arrive back to the venue.
