This is really last minute my other food truck canceled on us. I’m after a food truck (burgers, chips, cold drinks, coffee) to attend our shop open day tomorrow (10th) around 11-2pm in Yatala Expecting around 100 people TIA, Hope you hear back

We're looking for a bartender for our engagement party on Saturday, 10 June 2023. The party will be end at a private residence in Yatala, QLD 4207. We need the bartender from 3pm to midnight (9 hours). Approximately 60 guests attending the party, but only half likely to drink. There will be self-service alcoholic drinks, but we would still like 1 bartender to make cocktails and prepare any specific drink requests by guests. We are limiting cocktails to 3 options. The bartender needs to be familiar with making cocktails. We have hired a bar, fridge and glassware.
