Find a professional staining service in Central Coast

4 hours per week for maybe 8 weeks. Will work out as time goes. Paint stripper/old paint sanding, staining, fixing curtain rails, painting, fixing shelves, gap filling, door painting, borders, window frame painting. Many many odd jobs i cant get around too. All easy jobs, $35 hourly. Some weeks more hours if you have time.

I'm looking for someone to give my deck a refresh and stain my fence/BBQ area to match. The deck and rails were stained about 18 months to 2 years ago and is still in pretty good condition. It's mainly the hard-wearing and weathered areas that need a refresh (as seen in the photos). The fence & BBQ area are new and have not been stained or oiled other than how it came from the hardware store. The deck was previously done with a Sikkens Cetol deck (078 natural), which I was happy with and would like to use again. Care needs to be taken not to stain the rendering underneath the fence or the deck. I'd need this job done by next Thursday otherwise it will have to wait till late Nov.

3 French Doors needing a sand and stain and repair and supply of locking hardware.

There is an exterior garden set of wooden gates with two vertical poles painted and the rest stained. I would like 1) the gates patched 2) gates made to open and close more easily (they stick a little) 3) the 2 poles repainted 4) the remaining gate wood pictured in the photos (approx 3.5m across and max height 2.7m) restained (so that includes the two small shelves too). 5) you'll need to supply the stain and the small amount of black paint for the 2 timbers (perhaps you can suggest a stain for this job you'd choose!)
