Grey washed coffee table has water and some oil based stains and needs to be repainted / touched up. Would like to keep the same finish (rough finish with grain showing and Grey white wash effect). Natural wood color (based on underside of table) is more of a blond wood.

Sanding and staining internal hardwood stairs, Stairs have been fitted, they need a light sanding, and to be sealed/stained. I already have purchased the stain (it’s a wax/rub as opposed to tint. There is a total of 12 stairs including landing/ upper side and underside.
