My outdoor alfresco need cleaning and stain removal. My garage concrete floor needs cleaning and stain removal

The stain has some mold, but only a small amount. This will need to be removed too. After the mold is removed, a coat of white paint may be needed - no need to paint the whole ceiling as I will paint the bedroom in the future. The stain is about 1m x 80 cm. If somebody could complete the job this weekend that would be fantastic.

I am happy to travel to your workshop as long as its within a 20km radius of Birkdale. This a 1 off gig, however there will be an ongoing requirement for welding services when this product enters the marketplace.

Hi I would like to install some stainless steel kitchen shelving racks for a commercial kitchen based at Victoria point the wall that it’s going to be mounted is a steel wall and I think the wall is made of concrete at the back of the steel wall so need some help with that .. Please offer for professional paint of these 8 timber posts, 2 coats of Sikkens Cetol Filter 7 Plus (we will supply) no sanding required simply clean and coat, ensuring no paint dripped on the brick pillars or tiles etc. Paint supplied but not equipment.

I have primed the pots as this was a spray on job, but cannot do the painting myself because it requires me to bend over and I have a back injury, so this is just not possible. It's probably only a couple of hours work and would appreciate it being done next Thursday or Friday

Welding aluminium boats or Stainless

Stainless Steel Flue cover for a Westinghouse rangehood. We have a short version to take measurements off but it will need to be 1000 to 1100mm long(h). Approximately 317 w X 287 d, see pictures.
