My decks need staining. There are two areas next to each other, approximately 10.3m2 and 20.7m2. I recently replaced a few of the Merbau decking boards on one of the decks and would like them to match as closely as possible by applying light sanding, particularly to the new boards and then a darker timber stain to match the Merbau colour as close as possible to both of the decks.

The yellow colour stain on wall under window has not gone away with power wash, May need some cleaning stuff applied and cleaned.

Reasonably new lift polished stainless steel has had effigies of peoples anatomy scratched lightly into the lift walls and door. Need a solution to polish the images out.

We’ve been dealing with a large engine oil stain on the garage floor, and a few months ago, we did our best to clean it ourselves. However, the building management is now requesting that we have it professionally cleaned.
