Sand and stain 2 verandahs 1 at front of house and 1 at rear They are both Jarrah wood, tongue and groove Photos below but it’s weathered since those were taken. I had sanded it but never got around to staining so will need to be sanded again

We purchased a “Riviera” Hamptons Style Extension Dining Table just before lockdown and it has been stored in our garage in 3 boxes since then. We're looking for someone to: * Assemble the table; and *Stain the table top / extension pieces and our dining table seats so they are a similar dark brown oak like our buffet and tv unit. We have a buffet and TV unit that both have dark brown oak surface top and we want our dining table/chairs to match. We are okay with the buffet/TV unit being stained too if that helps get the shade of brown closer in colour for all. Table: See the first 5 attachments for images of the table (it comes with instructions and allen keys to put together - although I'm sure carpentry tools would be quicker and easier to use)! See below for description. Dining chairs/Buffet/TV unit: I've also attached a photo of both the TV unit and the buffet with a dining chair next to them so you can see the different shades of browns we currently have. Is it possible to get all these surfaces a similar shade of dark brown? Not sure if staining will do the trick or if sanding back and then staining will help? Let me know if you think you can do it - it doesn't have to be perfect but a similar shade of dark brown would be great!  Please quote what the labour and materials/stain will cost.
