Deck, seat and steps clean with pressure washer after applying deck wash, light sand some lightly moulded areas and apply two coats on integrain deck oil. This is a small deck, seat and 3-4 steps. Most is in very good condition, only a few boards need a light sand to remove mould. Oil and deck wash are supplied. Tasker to bring their own pressure washer and oil applicator. Need someone experienced and knowledgeable. Area less than 20sqm. Must be reliable and punctual and able to liaise with my elderly mother.

Looking for someone to sand and stain a dining table. Must be able to bring tools here and do the job. The table is 2.10 m long by 1.05m wide and has been mostly sanded, but will need a thorough job. A corner is also slightly damaged so may require more sanding. Would like it done in the next week.

Clean and stain rear deck, including bringing the equipment required. I can buy the stain but recommendations of what to use are welcome! I would like 2 coats of the stain also. To be done during September, we're flexible with the timing. Photo's attached for reference and can take more if needed.
