I got bleach spots on the floorboards and then tried to cover with hairdye please help

I am looking to have one of these stainless steel bookshelves made. Approximately 1800mm high, 1400mm wide and 300mm deep

Cleaning of smoke stain off parts of wall and ceiling; also partial floor area and shelf need cleaning. Will also involve moving a small amount of furniture and other items to another room to enable access. Hence 2 people required. A tall ladder is also required. Need to provide own equipment and cleaning products.

2x Stainless Steel commercial cabinet doors need reattachment. The hinges have some damage from heavy use, at least 2 will need to be replaced before refitting and adjusting. hardware costs to replace hinges will also be covered, they appear to be Grass branded. There are a about 6-8 small/faded rust stains and one larger one. The staining is on concrete - in an outdoor apartment on the 5th floor. I have tried to remove the stains with vinegar and CLR, but they are stubborn. Need a professional to take this on with stronger products.
