A small patch of floorboard has stained after having a cat litter sit on top of it for a while. Regular cleaning won’t remove this. Need someone with expertise in floorboard stains or floorboard sanding to fix it.

There are a about 6-8 small/faded rust stains and one larger one. The staining is on concrete - in an outdoor apartment on the 5th floor. I have tried to remove the stains with vinegar and CLR, but they are stubborn. Need a professional to take this on with stronger products.
