We are preparing to sell our house and need to clean up and stain / polish our outdoor decks. The front porch, back porch and undercover outdoor area. Flexible on timing but needs to be in July, preferably last 2 weeks. Will pay cash for whatever products are used. Clean stains caused by decking oil on our garage floor. I’ve used a concrete cleaner and hydrochloric acid for minimal results.

Looking for solutions to fix a stained garage floor that has spots of decking oil. It’s a double garage with a staircase. Approximately 6x5.5m space. Stains confined to a 4m x 1m area where a stained bench seat was sitting. May be interested in epoxy, polished concrete or other solution.

We have an outdoor deck that needs clean and staining. I recently tried to do this, but the finish is patchy and streaky. This may simply require another even coat, or more preparation work may be required and the oil based stain reapplied.
