The decking may need some minor repairs (nailed down again for loose boards). There is an outside storage shelves and sink that will need to have the items removed to clean and stain this area as well. It’s approx 40m2 for the deck and much smaller for be office. I need to source QUOTES to repair 3 areas of carpet that have been damaged in a residential property in Northcote (3070). Carpet has already been professionally steam cleaned and spot cleaned without luck, in fact, the damaged areas were made worse.
