We have an oak timber floor that has been stained by pet urine which we would like re sanded and stained to better match the darker urine patches (x 3 patches). Total area is about 20-25m2

Remove (drill) 20x 4mm diameter SS rivets and 4x 10mm SS screws. Make good holes - weld to fill holes and sand flush - to stainless steel food grade.

There is a spill on some pavers in our courtyard. Not exactly sure what the stain is unfortunately - it was either some paint or deck polish or oil. I’ve tried a host of things including ammonia, brick tile and paver cleaner and mineral turpentine. These have had minimal impact.
