I'm moving out of a rental and need help with a small floor repair. A pot plant (about 25cm wide) left a stain on the floorboards, and I need someone to sand it back and oil it up to try and get rid of the mark. Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. Hello! I have a room with wooden floor boards in my business that I need someone to sand and stain (to make lighter). The room is 10m x 4m and located in St Kilda. I've attached an image on the room, some close ups of the floor and also an image of another room in the building with floor that I'd like the new stained floor to look like. I have some stains I need to get rid of before my end of lease I have on limestone a small 🩸 stain, and a turmeric stain. And I have on my wood laminate floor a hair dye stain. Flexible on the date, any time between 22/9 and 28/9.

Job is in St Kilda area. Washing machine leak affected approx. area of 1m squared where some boards are now much darker. This is a floating bamboo floor, close to mahogany colour, purchased in 2014 and I don't have spare boards. Looking if anyone has ideas / solutions how to fix it, or blend it in, or make it better?
