We needed to replace an induction cooktop, and the new model doesn't fit into the existing hole in our stainless steel benchtop. We urgently need the existing hole widened by approx 15mm so the installation can go ahead. We’ve been dealing with a large engine oil stain on the garage floor, and a few months ago, we did our best to clean it ourselves. However, the building management is now requesting that we have it professionally cleaned. Looking for someone to provide guidance on how to proceed with this, perhaps suggesting a professional service- pressure wash with water recovery system or an alternative approach? Hi, I attempted to clean some dirty foot prints off my light cream/ grey carpet with “Carpet Power” however it made it worse and stained a darker colour. I then tried to get rid of the “Carpet Power” stains with vanish spray which made it a million times worse again. Please see attached images. We require timber batten fence to be treated with a light oil based stain and then with a UV protection second coat. Total fence length is over 3 sections and covers approx 25m. Timber battens have ~30m spacing in between to also be treated.
