My Beaumatic gas stove/ oven needs to be serviced

One of burner does not lit( turn on but need to hold the knob, if leave goes off.).

Two gas stove knobs got jammed and not twisting at all

1. Removal of built in robe 2.Removal of old brick fireplace and cast iron stove (leaving flute in tact) 3. Removal of concrete path on front lawn

Need to install a gas stove and remove the electric one. We have gas in the house. Gas Ducted heating, Hot water. Not sure if the kitchen has the connection or not. May need to run a connection line.

A gas safety check of the house revealed a small gas leak was detected at the gas cooker. This gas leak needs to be repaired. Also the gas cooker does not comply with requirements of Residential Tenancy Act as it does not have a chain restraint system installed to prevent cooktop appliance from tipping forward. I have a new induction stovetop that needs to be installed in the same place where the electric stovetop was (all wiring there). In the same kitchen I need 3 new PowerPoints and 1 PowerPoint turned around (it’s there just upside down for some reason and want it the right way up). All wire and materials/hardware supplied you just need your tools. Need this done by the date as we are having Benchtops installed and the wrring will be harder once the Benchtop is installed.

I’m getting new floors and the old flooring will be removed on Monday. I need my stove and dishwasher to be moved outside while they do this and reinstalled after the flooring has been put down.
