Entry – Sliding door to garage is not secure at the bottom, wind (with garage roller door up or down) causes door to frequently swing and hit skirting board if sliding door is closed. Might need to install a stopper or latch Bedroom 1: Issue with power point. Plug won't go fully in. Laundry – Under sink storage door does not secure shut. Kitchen – Under sink corner cabinet does not close properly. - Stove top knobs need to be secured Garage - Power point not secured to wall as pictured. If you can fix great otherwise I'll get an electrician.

Our stove exhaust fan makes a really bad noise, it’s getting on in age and I think the fan just needs a tune up of sorts.

Will need an old stove top removed and new stove top put in. Will need to double check the specs prior to putting in the new one in to make sure new one will fit the hole.

I need to unplug the oven and remove the gas stovetop and reroute the oven to another spot in my kitchen

I can smell the lpg near backend of the stove, even several hours after cooking, need someone licesed to come to check if there is a leak in valve or connector. The freestanding stove is new.

Issue with hotplate not turning off - Westinghouse Model One of the electric burners is not turning off. Small job. Need a qualified electrician to fix this ASAP.

The gas pipe for my stove needs to be relocated and the stove reconnected. The stove doesn’t fit flush against the back wall because the gas pipe from the floor blocks it from being pushed into place abutting the wall. The gas pipe needs moving. The house is vacant so the work can be completed at any time and any day that suits.
