We need someone to sew labels onto the neck of our t-shirts

A mid fur ciat seam has come apart at shoulder and beeds to be put back together.

I need some silk that I have purchased to be cut into 40cm x 250cm pieces and then hemmed. I would also like 4 eyelets put at one end as these long pieces when finished will become a long flag. I have yellow silk and also red silk. There is enough fabric to make 2 of each colour. There is a rough diagram attached.
