The neoprene is about 2.5mm thick

I have an African wedding I’m going to and I’ve bought some fabric. I just want a simple yet nice looking belt made out of African fabric that I have bought. The fabric comes in soon and I need someone who knows how to sew well and could make what I’m looking for. The wedding is on the 23rd of November. So I need it done before then. I’ve put the location as Wollongong but of course you can do this at home once I drop the material. You just have to live in the Illawarra. I’m hoping within 2 days this can be completed. I want the length of the straps to be long so it hangs down - like the finale image of a leather belt
