Shortening of suit arm length needed

I have a jumpsuit that is too long in the pants, this is what needs to be done. Outfit is also slightly big in some areas, if possible and if there’s enough time, possibly to get it taken in as well.

We're looking for a seamstress or dressmaker with swimwear or Lycra experience to sew a swimsuit x 2 and rash vest x 1 and 1 x belt. 4 items in total. We would like 1 x rash vest - unlined, no powermesh 1 x swimsuit - lined with & powermesh 1 x swimsuit - lined with main fabric (190gsm, 78% nylon, 22% lycra) & powermesh 1 x belt (40mm braided elastic and clasp provided) We have a pattern and materials ready to go but before we pay for expensive factory sampling with laser cutting etc. we're hoping to find a talented seamstress or dressmaker who can bring the pattern in it's current form together so we can make any initial adjustments with our pattern maker. We would provide all fabric (190gsm, nylon/lycra), lining (125gsm, poly/spandex), mesh (160gsm, nylon/spandex) and accessories as well as a printed version of the pattern. We would need you to have thread and rubber elastic. I have 5 yards of material and would like a skirt long flowy skirt done urgently. Similar to what is in the picture but using shweshwe fabric, not too fussy about details as long as it fits right and looks decent!
