I have two on site storage units at my house. I need them emptied into my garage and into my home. Some items will need to be placed on the curb for hard rubbish. Two person job as there are items to move such as a fridge, washing machine, couch, outdoor furniture etc. Sizes of the storage units for an idea of the work required. 2.4m (L) x 2.2m (H) x 1.5m (W) externally. Took less than two hours to load, shouldn’t take longer to unload. No steps into the garage. Two steps into the house.

Need help unloading stuff in my taxibox once it has been delivered to Fitzroy. Taxibox dimension 2.2m x 2.4m x 1.5m. Ground floor, no stairs, entry from courtyard into apartment which is convenient. Two heavy things to consider are: 1x7kg front loader washing machine 1x320L fridge Light weight stuff include a cabinet, fully diassembled couch, an empty chest and 10 boxes. See photo. Taxibox is due to be delivered between 12pm to 4pm. I will know the exact delivery times on the day. The driver delivering the taxibox will wait 30 mins for the stuff to be unloaded so the task needs to be done in 30 mins. My friend and i loaded the box with a trolley so it can definitely be done in 30 mins - as there are no stairs, ground floor apartment and entry is from the street straight into apartment via courtyard.
