Find a tech support professional in Brisbane

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my internet provider where they’re insisting that there is a line issue in my building (there isn’t, we have no other issues in the whole building of 190 apartments) and they want a technician to check the line and provide confirmation that there isn’t anything wrong with the building line before they can escalate it with NBN. I need someone to check it (whatever that means) and provide me with an invoice or report confirming that there is nothing wrong with it.

The customer is having issues with her Lenovo laptop that keeps getting slower.

We need a wifi technician to visit out home to fix the slow internet speed. The internet provider thinks it was a modem problem, the new modem has only improved the results slightly. I am looking for an "it" technician who can provide a service call at our house. Without wanting to sound rude. I am not looking for someone who classifies themselves as an it technician when they clearly aren't due to the fact there is always something that they have to get onto a forum to try to sort it out. We have what I would call a pretty basic home set up, but as an example of what I am talking about when I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing. I apologies if if am wrong but I went out and purchased a 3 station TP-Link wi-fi booster. As I understand this has a built in router, so I am unsure why it runs through the existing ASUS router also. I have attached some photos of what we have within our system that I believe are the main components. We would like someone who does it as their profession and does not do it as a substitute to their normal job, something like and uber food delivery driver. There are some basic issues we would like investigated. emails. scanning to computer dead or very slow zones in a single story timber house.
