My Dad really struggles with technology. He has an Apple Mac and does make use of the Apple helpline, but they often can’t help him with third party software problems, plus he struggles to explain the problems he’s having in words that the Apple advisors understand. I want to give him the Christmas gift of having someone who is VERY patient and easygoing come to his house and fix things for him on his Mac and with syncing to his iphone and iPad. More importantly, I’m hoping you will then offer to give him your number and suggest a reasonable price to come out to his house again in future when he gets stuck.
