The internet has been down at our office for a week now. Telstra were doing schedule maintenance however that is finished now and the internet is still not working.

I’m experiencing ongoing issues with my NBN connection – very poor speeds and frequent dropouts. I’ve already tried changing service providers twice and tested 3 new modems, but the issue persists. I’ve also had an NBN technician visit the premises, but they couldn’t identify the problem. I suspect the issue could be related to the internal wiring, and I need someone with experience to assess the situation and recommend a solution. Ideally, someone who knows the ins and outs of NBN connections and can diagnose and fix potential wiring issues. Requirements: Experience with NBN installations and troubleshooting. Able to assess internal wiring and suggest improvements. Provide recommendations for resolving the issue.

I have a Samsung 24 and my keyboard is locked to a Samsung voice. recognition wanting to Get it back to Google keyboard and see if someone can help me with this. When I try and turn off the blue button for Samsung it will not let me do it. Only the Google goes on and off. Just trying to work out how to do this without resetting the whole phone

Client have a 4 years old AIO PC that he's having issue getting internet connection. As per the client the original internal hardware to get WIFI signal is already faulty so he's been using a WIFI USB Adaptor but last 2 weeks the connection been dropping in and out on his AIO PC, but other devices can properly connect to the WIFI so he needs assistance to check and fix the issue in his device.

My Dad has a FTTB in a big appartments block. One of the major NBN companies. For the past year he had about 10-15 episodes when internet stop working completely and sometimes it was resolved by the company tech support quickly sometimes it takes a very long time. We need a knowledgeable person to run through connections and help to restore / fix connectivity issues. Just an add up that internet isn’t working for past few days. We tried all basic troubleshooting but nothing seems to be working.

My Graphics Card drivers have uninstalled and will not install again no matter how many times I try. The NVIDIA drivers uninstall even when I manage to get them installed. This forces the computer to only have one display (I have 3 monitors) and causes issues with the computer running. Please see attached of Device Manager.

Our client has 2 new Epson photocopiers : ET 4810 & ET-2811 , that need set up & linked to their phones., WIFI etc . Plus an existing photocopier Epson Workforce WF-7710 that keeps showing a fault that needs fixed 7 says on the screen contact support.. Both new printers (ET 4810 & ET-2811) need set up & connected to the wifi & an app on their phones. They attempted doing one printer but found it was only printing blank docs after he set up. The second printer they have not tried using. Need to start afresh with both of those . The older printer just needs fixed. Let us know when you could come to do this work in Mosman Day & Time. Hi there I have tried to set up my daughter’s computers but am failing miserably. Please help us!! 1 x surface pro that I seem to be locked out of and 1 x HP laptop that is sending me up the wall trying to work out.

We have been with internet bigger provider for 10 years and on a 'fast' speed yet we have constant and on going issues with connectivity with our TV and the apps, wifi dropping out in certain rooms etc. We have students and we work from home so it is big issue. Before we change providers we need someone to come and look at the house and how the cabling is set up and provide external technical advice about what is going wrong - we often ask do we really have NBN in our house or is it an issue from the st to our house? We also have a studio out the back on the same account but a different modem. thanks

Help clean up laptop/files/photos etc. Upgrade some applications, e.g. Microsoft Help synch new printer/scanner (printer done, scanning from HP mini required), Additionally help pulling together documentation for an insurance claim in chronological order and ways to submit big files. Consult & Set up evernote/onenote- indepth knowledge of this preferred, things 3 or reminders and/or one note. (potentially integrate with reader/instapaper). Clean up inbox views gmail and outlook. Would be great if had a todoist understanding but not required. Shortcuts knowledge would be great. Amazon alexa home knowlege or home kit would be great (otherwise knowledge of apps above). Moleskine smart pen knowledge also helpful.
