Hi there, I’m having an issue with my internet provider where they’re insisting that there is a line issue in my building (there isn’t, we have no other issues in the whole building of 190 apartments) and they want a technician to check the line and provide confirmation that there isn’t anything wrong with the building line before they can escalate it with NBN. I need someone to check it (whatever that means) and provide me with an invoice or report confirming that there is nothing wrong with it.

Needing help (guidance), let’s just say someone setting my home recording studio up, someone who’s tech savvy, knowledgeable with music, can work Logic and know how to connect speakers, comp, mic, midi boards etc also suggest what I may need or is missing. I mostly work from home and not tech saavy anymore. My work is a consultancy where my clients require me to use different systems. I work on a Mac air and need to connect another screen. I also need to manage my backups as i have Google drive, icloud and One drive. They keep filling up and i suspect there is a lot of duplication going on.
