We’re looking for someone who really knows their way around Hikvision CCTV system to help us get all our stores’ CCTV setups from the mobile app integrated into our Mac OS Hikvision software. Another job is helping us set up a new NVR and hooking it up to our existing mobile and Mac OS apps.

WIFI is not working and we have checked with the ISP and they confirmed that everything works on their end. We need someone to check the router and fix the internet issue.

The internet has been down at our office for a week now. Telstra were doing schedule maintenance however that is finished now and the internet is still not working.

My Dad has a FTTB in a big appartments block. One of the major NBN companies. For the past year he had about 10-15 episodes when internet stop working completely and sometimes it was resolved by the company tech support quickly sometimes it takes a very long time. We need a knowledgeable person to run through connections and help to restore / fix connectivity issues. Just an add up that internet isn’t working for past few days. We tried all basic troubleshooting but nothing seems to be working.

We have been with internet bigger provider for 10 years and on a 'fast' speed yet we have constant and on going issues with connectivity with our TV and the apps, wifi dropping out in certain rooms etc. We have students and we work from home so it is big issue. Before we change providers we need someone to come and look at the house and how the cabling is set up and provide external technical advice about what is going wrong - we often ask do we really have NBN in our house or is it an issue from the st to our house?
