Find local telephone engineers in VIC

Currently at our house we have old Telstra phone line sockets installed in the wall and we believe it is affecting our internet connection. We want to switch out these sockets for an ethernet one

I had a new power point installed for the sole purpose of connecting my modem to it. There is an existing phone line in the wall cavity that was repositioned for easy connection to the modem, however it is just the cable with no socket. I need a new socket attached to the cable. The electrician that installed the power point has allowed space for a telephone socket on the recessed wall plate (see pictures attached).

Need to run conduits and a trench up to the house from the street so i can connect my phoneline to the house. In order to get my nbn box installed and be able to use internet.

ISP informed me that I have a bridge tap which is causing connection drop outs. Need someone to come and find the fault and fix it.

Our wire were knocked out while cleaning last night and we are unsure how to reconnect them .

NBN came and put point into buildings MDF but havent jumped the connection across to our shop, I need a data technician to come and jump the connection to appropriate terminal in the MDF. Our electrician will be on site to run the line from where the point is currently in our shop to where we need it - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 1 November 2023
