ISP informed me that I have a bridge tap which is causing connection drop outs. Need someone to come and find the fault and fix it.

NBN came and put point into buildings MDF but havent jumped the connection across to our shop, I need a data technician to come and jump the connection to appropriate terminal in the MDF.
