Need a wall and floor tiler to repair bathroom. Upstairs bathroom tile grout is crack. When someone is having a shower water is getting behind the tiles and leaking through to the kitchen ceiling below. Please quote with materials included.

Between 40 to 80 tiles (small normal size square) to replace existing. (We have the tiles). Tiler is to provide the grout and cement sheet to fit. Need to remove the old 40 to 80 tiles outside onto a plastic tarp. Has been done a few times before over the past 27 years.

Hi All I’m looking for someone to replace 4 individual, broken fireplace tiles and replace the wooden floor trim around the tiles. Please see photos. I have the replacement tiles but will need you to supply the trim. The trim needs to be a darker brown (similar to shown, to match the floor). Dimensions of fireplace for the trim: 46cm x 134cm The trim cannot be >15mm wide as needs to fit in gap between fireplace and bookshelf – see photo above.
