I need 170 + sqm of flooring screeded on the top level of a 2 storey house. Sand/ cement + chicken wire already onsite. Make ready for tiler . Materials will need to be moved upstairs as it’s outside . Quite per sqm as I haven’t got an exact measurement but this is rough.

Hi, we need tiling done to bathroom walls (two walls up to 2m high and then tile skirting around remainder of room, <10sqm). Also need lino laid to floor. We have the lino already but will need you to supply glues etc for install. Same for tiles, we can supply tiles but you will need all else, grout, etc, for install. The walls are not completely level so would also appreciate some help on tile selection.
