Need help in tiling the floor and remove the existing cork floor. Area of 145sqm. Give me a quote and estimated date of work. Please send me your previous work photos and videos if possible

I have a small area (310 x 410mm) of tiling in the kitchen that needs to be re-tiled. The tiles are laid directly onto the existing tiles. I have the spare tiles. I don't have tile adhesive or grout. Grout to be a dark grey to match the existing. - Due date: Before Sunday, 8 January 2023

Hi there, I am just looking to have the glass splashback removed from our kitchen, and then a new splashback tiled. We are located in Newtown, 2042. I have the new tiles (tilecloud 75x150 tiles) and grout & silicon(mapei grout and silicon in matching colour) for the new splashback. The total area to be tiled is 2.7m2. I need the Kitchen Splash back to be cleaned. It is white, shiny, and sits behind the range hood and stoves. I need someone who has particular experience in dealing with this with professional equipment. This won't come off with regular cleaners. Would recommend doing a test first before tackling the whole job. Do not damage the wall. Three jobs: 1) hone /polish edge of laundry sink to slope down towards the sink. It was supposed to be flush mount but the sink was installed 2mm below bench and left unsealed. 2) hone marble tile splash-back to make smooth as tiles installed unevenly. 3) re-hone (repair) and seal kitchen benchtop including filling an in correct hole - Due date: Flexible

Tile splashback - approx 4-5 tiles 1200x600 All will need to be shortened to fit cavity - this varies around stove but mostly around 540mm to cabinet. Obviously higher by stove. There is a short area by fridge cabinet that needs to be tiled to comply - approx half a meter. Will need sikaflex or liquid nails. Only tiles provided. Please provide everything else or let me know what I need to buy from Bunnings. Pluming and electrical work has been done. Most of the old render has been removed but it still needs a bit of prep work. Render backsplash area for kitchen reno ready for tiles. Scope of works: Tiling of 2 kitchen walls (1600x560mm and 2300x580mm) between the benchtops and the cabinets in place. The walls have had the previous tiles removed, with some adhesive left on the drywall and some drywall damage (as per the photos). One wall has 2 double sockets and the other wall has a switch for the oven. The white ceramic tiles supplied are 600 X 300mm (we have 18 pieces). Start tiling from the benchtop up in a grid pattern (so that full tiles are at the bottom and the top row tiles are the ones cut). The rangehood is exactly 600mm wide and above the cooktop; one vertical row of tiles needs to align to both the rangehood and the cooktop, this row will determine the rest of the cuts required. Tasks to be performed: ♣ Protect kitchen benchtops and work area before you start ♣ Prepare the drywall (previous tiles have been removed, there’s some damage to the drywall and adhesive residue) ♣ Laying out tiles using adhesive ♣ Cutting tiles with special tools (There are 3 existing wall sockets that will require tile cutting) ♣ Ensuring that tiles are correctly spaced at 1.5mm and levelled ♣ Remove excess adhesive ♣ Peepare, apply and clean excess grout ♣ Clean and polish the tiles ♣ Apply the caulk/silicone ♣ Clean the work area. We will provide the tiles and pay for labour and parts (grout mix, tile adhesive, caulk/silicone, tile spacers). ♣ All quotes must indicate whether the price is GST exclusive or inclusive. ♣ Please list any exclusions in your quote.

Bathroom tile needs retile and regrout ( only one tile but may check if there is more but should not be a lot) 2. need to reseal silicone around shower cabinet The grout running along one of the floor tiles in the shower has cracked and it appears water is getting underneath it which may be causing water damage. If you press on the tile you can feel it depress and hear water underneath. Additionally, the silicon seals running along where the glass meets the floor has degraded and you now get water pooling outside of the shower

Cracked tile in bathroom needs repair

I've got a couple of holes in my gyprock walls that need fixing, as well as a section in kitchen ceiling needs replacing. Also need some bathroom tiles fixed (I've got the tiles, they just came loose from the wall)
