Find a professional tiler in Balaclava VIC

The entrance to my building has some cracked tiles that need to be replaced. I have purchased new tiles, but these new tiles are not the same and may need to be trimmed to fit. I need someone to come over and replace them. It's all outside so you can do it at your convenience. You will need to provide adhesive, grout and possibly a new trim if the existing is damaged during this work. As is visible in the photos, all 7 floor tiles closest to the entrance need to be taken up and new tiles laid. One of these removed tiles needs to be cut to fit the right-most vertical tile which also has a hairline crack in it.

Regrout, resilicone and waterproof a small shower. Particularly in the shower niche/shelf which has been found to be leaking water. Remove all existing silicone and replace. Resilicone externally where existing silicone is mouldy. Use a quality, silicone and grout that will be waterproof and not get mouldy.

2 showers, a small verandah with 2 steps, separate tiled wall in bathroom and around two bathroom sinks.

We have lifted 4 tiles from our bathroom to replace the wood underneath and need to put down 2 new tiles. We have the new tile already, will need it cut to fit the door frame and wall. We have tile adhesive that you can use.

I need an experienced tiler to lay one layer of 300x600 tiles; that’s about 18 tiles in total. You’ll see the bathroom has already been tiled, but I want them to go higher, hence to extra layer. I am after a tiler to come in and regrout a small area around our toilet please (not the shower). Area is 90 x 170 (including toilet). See photos. One tile moves slightly when stepped on (and hence might need to be re-layed) but the others are all fine. I am also replacing the toilet so I would like to know if it’s better to get the tiles done before or after the new toilet goes in. Currently installing a new kitchen, original installers put pantry in wrong location and tiled around it. Pantry has been moved and tiles need to come up and replaced with new tiles. Tiles put down about two weeks ago, extra tiles on site. Job could lead to full tiling of splash back once bench tops have been installed for accepted tradie. Grouting of new tiles a small area also to be completed. Grout on site.

Remove existing silicon the entire way around the base of the tiles where it meets that bath without damaging existing surface and re caulk it. Need an experienced caulker with insurance, ABN etc
