I need a tile replaced in the bathroom. It is a soap holder tile. I have re-ordered the same tile.

Need someone to cut my two replacement bathroom tiles into specific dimensions to fit on my wall. Must have own equipment (buzzsaw/whatever cutter works best). I have a garage that you can cut them in.

I have a built-in bath/shower combination, surrounded with white rectangular tiles on vertical walls and horizontal bit around bath- there is a ledge extending about 0.5m at one end . The white grout on the horizontal part of surround (less than 2 sq m total) is dirty/starting to degenerate so needs replacing. I tried cleaning with acidic grout stuff but it did not help much. The sealant around bath edge could also do with a replacement. There is no leaking. We are doing some renovating to put house on market in 2 weeks so there is a time pressure.
