My pool area is approximately 16 x 10m (l x w) with a pool that is approximately 9 x 4.5m (l x w). It needs the current pavers removing, some land levelling (minimal access for large machinery), and surface either prepped for tiling or potentially concrete stamping. The pool coping also needs replacing and there are a couple of structures in the area that need to remain where they are. I am looking for someone to come over and compare a few scenarios: a) get the whole area concrete stamped; b) get the whole area tiled; c) have a combination of either concrete stamping or tiling and turf (I will get a separate contractor to supply and install turf). There is an additional bit outside the pool area that may need tiling/ concrete stamping which we can also discuss. - Due date: Flexible

Just looking to have some regrouting done. Our bathrooms in our new build were grouted in the wrong colour. The tiler has regrouted the floors but unfortunately not the walls. Looking for someone to regrout the walls in a colour to match tiles, ideally before we move in on 26/5/23. Approx 9sq mètres wall tiles, 45cm non-rectified tiles. Looking for a qualified tiler to do a cash job. See attached pics of the size of my pool area. The pool itself has tilers around but the rest of the pool area is concrete. Will have white/ beige outdoor tiles purchased ready to go. Have got quotes from large landscaping companies but they are massive so hoping a qualified tiler is looking for a cash job on the side for a more reasonable price. Happy to consider quotes and be negotiable.
