We recently purchased an apartment which has been used as a rental property for many years and the shower is in desperate need of regrouting. Unfortunately, some of the tiles have cracked and a couple (replacement tiles - not original to the shower) are not flush against the wall. We realise the shower’s appearance can’t be revived completely but we want to be very sure it’s sealed and no water is getting in behind it for a good while before we can afford to renovate our whole bathroom! The existing grout is dry, crusty and can be peeled away in places. The outside where the shower entrance meets the floor also needs to be resealed. We would do this ourselves but are time poor with work and I have lower back issues. Please help!

Cut two porcelain tiles - I am replacing two cracked porcelain tiles and need the two new tiles cut to size. Tiles are approx. 430mm square and need approx. 20 mm cut off the edges with a wte diamond cutter for a clean straight edge

I would like to decorate my small downstairs toilet with tiles about 1m up the wall on all 4 walls. Ready for floor tiling on Tuesday 24th or Wednesday 25th.. The tiles are 45cm x 45cm. The floor will need a reasonable amount of screed as there are many uneven parts. I would like the tiles laid in a brick bond pattern. See photos attached - more demolition happening tomorrow… the old black tiles will be gone, as well as the bathroom vanity, and half of the brick wall will be gone too. Because the old kitchen and bathroom, as well as most walls will be completely demolished at the time of laying the floor tiles, there isn’t many areas that involve fiddly work. Lower section of tiles in shower need re-grouting. Re-grouting needed around outside of bath. Re-grouting/caulking required around laundry trough situated in the bathroom too. The idea is to 'refresh' the look of the bathroom.

Wanting a tradesperson to remove and dispose of tile and backing board from kitchen splashback area. Area is approx 3.5 square m all up

Run down shower needs tiles and base removed, needs to be waterproofed and vinyl fit out

Our bathroom shower base needs to be regrouted. The grout needs to be stripped out properly and then epoxy grout laid. Needs to be a professional tiler. The space is small- 1 metre by 1 metre.
