I am looking for an experienced handy person to supply and install carpet tiles over an existing carpet in an office. Please provide a quote for supply and installation per sqm. Total area approx 50sqm. Location in Canberra City 2601

Cement underneath shower tiles has been degraded by a water leak in between the tiles. One of them now wobbles due to the space beneath it, and there is concrete efflorescence around another. Three tiles need to be taken out, the cement cleaned up and the fall re-done (with cement or resin) and replaced. I have the replacement tiles. The centre tile needs a square hole cut in it to go around the drain, and it, but likely the two either side as well need to be cracked in order to acccomodate the fall to the drain. While there, please refurbish all the floor grouting (walls ok) and the silicon seal around the edge. Due date: Flexible
