Drain grate to be paid separately but installed by tiler. 2. 1m2 - Left side house (10cmx10cm paver tiles) - Paving tiles, as seen in pic, to be used around the drain at top of long path. (To be discussed.) 3. 13m2 - Right side of house (60x30cm tiles) - 6 x steps flat with fall. 4. 8.9m3 Lower flat area (60x60cm tiles) - Has 1 small step/ledge. Fall to outer edge of yard. Tile quantity 93m2 of 60x60cm 30m2 of 60x30cm 1m2 of 10x10cm

Glass or polymer splash back 4m length x 50cm high plus 2 x 50cm lengths

85m2 - We have removed all floor tiles, Now need all tile adhesive removed back to concrete slab, ready for new flooring.

Approximately 20m2 of floor and wall tiles. The ensuite is 2200 x 2000 with 2300 high walls. We are using 600x600 floor tiles and also using them on the wall opposite the doorway( has the window in it). The other 3 walls are 600x300 white tiles laid vertically. All tiling to the ceiling including completely behind vanity and mirror. The shower seat is now 300wide x 400 high and all 3faces of it will be the floor tiles. The shower drain will be a tile insert drain 800 long. On the shower wall there is a 600x600 window set back 160mm which will also be tiled with floor tiles. There will not be any soap holders or anything. We are located on the 4th floor. The building has 2 elevators. Unfortunately our balconies cannot be used to cut tiles however we can allocate a visitor carpark undercover where said works can be done. I hope this information helps. Ps. We have some tiles (these are the hybrid floors) which are bubbling and coming out. Need to be readjusted with expansion joints to make things better. Can this be done within the next few days? Only 3-4 tiles are the issue

We require a tiler to remove the old edge tiles and replace them with new 300x600 tiles that we have from our bathroom reno. It would be a single layer border around the toilet room that’s roughly 1500x900mm in size. 2x 1500mm side walls 1 x 900mm rear wall requiring tiles to be cut around the toilet cistern.
