If similar tile can be sourced and replaced that would even be better, otherwise just leveling is fine - please specify which in your quotation. Thanks.

Floor tiles in bath area raise up and cause water going in between tiles. The peice of tile needs to regrout and reseal. silicone/ waterproof needs to be checked and redo where required. Only time not available is on Monday morning or Friday morning

I can see a few tiles cracked. Water seeps through and drips under the balcony. Size: 2m x 1.5m (approx) I feel that we might have to redo the waterproofing and retile but happy to provided options

We’ve done the regrout but they cracked again just a few days after. If we stepped on the tiles after shower there’s water oozing out and felt like the tiles sank a bit. Remove wall grout (if not cement). Re-grout walls with epoxy grout. Score shower perimeter. Apply our epoxy grout to the entire base. Inject an epoxy bead into the shower perimeter. Re-apply internal silicone using a commercial grade sealant. Epoxy seal to the lip and inner lining of the waste drain (if required). - Due date: Flexible
