Tile a Bathroom / Toilet: Bathroom (2.8 x 1.6m) Toilet (0.8 x 2.2m) Bathroom has been renovated with new walls constructed from Cement Sheet and Wedi Board (Walk in Shower). The Bathroom is now waterproofed and ready to tile. The tiles are large format tiles (600mm x 600mm). See first picture - (right). The bathroom will need tiling wall to ceiling on all 4 walls (2.4m high), inside the window frame, the shower niche and the laundry closet. The toilet will only need tiling on the floor and 1.2m high on the back wall for the in-wall cistern. The remaining walls will be painted. Around the laundry door, tile trim will need to be fitted. Large format tiles will be used for both the toilet and vanity (provided). Above the Bathroom vanity kit-kat mosaic tiles will be installed (provided) (1.9 x 1.6m). Any other questions let me know.

2mx1m Shower floor and surrounding floor grout needs to be cut out and regrouted in bright white.

Lay tiles on outdoor area concrete slab(4550mm x 3010mm). I already have the tiles, but trade will need to supply the grout (colour: Magellan Grey) and any other required materials. Left over tiles and rubbish to be removed upon completion. The concrete slab is 40 mm lower than the concrete apron. The tiles should be flashed with the existing apron concrete and there is to be a fall away from the house.
