Please clean and remove old grout from high traffic areas in ensuite and guest bathrooms. Replace with new off white (hint of grey not cream) grout. Tiles are 600x300. Area approx. 3m2 total.

Partial renovation of 2 bathrooms remove very little tiles around bath floors and skirt water proofing around bath shower combo walls are rendered brick . Remove the old vanity leave all toilets . I need my splashback tiled. I need the job completed as soon as possible after Friday 13 January. I haven't selected the tiles yet - I'll do that as soon as I have someone scheduled to do the task. The carpenter has come and removed the existing splashback. He wasn't sure what prep might be required before tiling, for example whether a Villaboard sheet is required or other prep.
