As per the attached photos, the bathroom floor is very worn and tired. I want the stone tiles re-grouted (tiles are 40cm * 40cm) and the entire floor re-sealed (please consider whether existing sealant must be removed to ensure the finish looks great). The total floor area is 6.5m2. To be 100% clear, the job is in 2 parts:- a) Re-grouting and apply new silicon. b) Re-sealing the stone tiles.

Basic shower grout repair and reseal. No loose tiles. 3 or 4 minor cracks in the grout on the floor. 2 cracks on the wall side. A grout specialist told me about halfway up the shower walls is needed as well as the floor. Nothing outside of shower.

Looking for a tiler to tile and grout our kitchen splashback. Pretty sure current tiles could be tiled over instead of ripped out and then tiled (I’ve included pictures of current kitchen). New tiles are mini subway 70x200mm we want tiles in a matchstick pattern. The area is roughly 3sqm all together but needs to work around kitchen window sill. We need to replace a damaged floor tile in the bathroom floor. It needs to be replaced with an identical tile. The tiles look like like timber. It needs to be replaced perfectly since it’s in the middle of the floor. Awkward position though.
