Seeking quotes. Approximately 55m2 of hardwood flooring installation. Hardwood supplied. Job will require removal of carpet (approx 45m2 or the bedroom and living area in floor plan) and small section of tiles (approx 5-10m2 or the kitchen/dining area on floorplan) removed to get surface levelled. I will require you to provide underlay and 3 transition strips as the bathroom/laundry/toilet will remain tiled. The hardwood flooring is 7ply, 190mm wide, 15mm thick.

Feature wall has been tiled, including recess, but needs grouting. The remaining walls and basin splash back need to be done. All the prep work (waterproofing membrane etc) has been done. We have the tiles- but not the time!

Need to replace some chipped tiles and finish tiling and grouting. One day worth of job left. Has to be completed before 20/Jan

Hi, I have hired a professional to detect the reason of leack behind the bathroom and as per the report the issue is due to . cracked grout servicing the shower wall tiles . cracked grout servicing the junction of the shower wall tiles and the aluminum strip servicing the shower niche So, I need a professionals that can do . Re-grouting / Re-silicons the shower area . Caulking / Re-Silicons the junction of the shower niche aluminum strip and the shower wall tiles Report is attached I need someone that can provide me a warranty of the job so after couple of weeks we should able to see the moisture to drop. The report is attached.

Regrout the tiles on the base of the shower and also replace the sealant between the base and the walls/shower glass. There are two showers to do, both approx the same size.
