I have a splashback in a small kitchen which is attached to tiles. I would like to remove the splashback so I can just have the tiles

The splashback lighting in our kitchen has stopped working, and we need someone to come take a look at it. Additionally, we have splashback lighting in our bathroom that currently operates on the same switch as the overhead lights. We would like to have these lights controlled by a separate switch, allowing us to turn them on independently of the overhead lighting.
