Need a carpenter to replace rotten floor board in bathroom with new floor ply around the cut space shown in pics (can be done without exposing any more tiles or shower base; around the joists) + need tiler to waterproof and tile the area as shown in pics.

There are 3 damaged tiles on the bathroom floor. We have extra tiles which can be used to replace these. The entire floor shown on the photo needs re-grouting done.

Hi, we are renovating the bathroom. About 4 square meters. The floor tiles and old shower pan have been removed, we need a tiler to retile the floor, and make a new shower base with slops.screed, grout and caulk/seal are required. I need to get a shower enclosure and a base installed and also done tiling around that and the bath tub. Existing tiles are coming off for some reason and need to take all that off and put some new tiles on. I have attached some photos and a sketch of the current dimensions. New shower base and enclosure will be a little bit bigger than the current one. Also need to replace the shower with a a new one and to the spot that I have marked in the sketch.

This is not a complex job and you’ll need a tile cutter. I need 8 tiles laid, 2m of floor boards, some carpet squares and skirtings need to be mitred. It is for a shop display. Needs to be done asap - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 3 March 2023
