Needing 1 tile removed from shower and replaced with new tile adding soap dish on top, I have bought tile however will need to be cut down to size, and I soap dish, needing this done for inspection appreciate it if anyone could help.

Recently bought a townhouse, pest inspection picked few broken tiles and grouting damaged on certain parts of ensuite floor. Needs to check the underneath moisture, reseal if required and fix the tiles and grouting. Have already got new tiles with me. I can provide photos. Need a quote first and if it suits, will be going ahead with the job asap. Tasks to be done: Remove broken tiles and floor waste underneath it. Reseal underneath for waterproofing where required. Retile with new ones wherever old ones were removed. Re-grout on the entire bathroom wherever grout is damaged or removed. - Due date: Flexible
